Stylish and comfortable rooms with modern amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room, as well as the comfortable bed. The location is superb, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Despite the central location, the noise level was surprisingly low.

Great location near lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms with balconies. Would choose again, exceeds expectations for a 1-star hostel.

Excellent location, functioning jacuzzi, free water and soda in fridge, helpful staff, good communication.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was in the center of everything we needed. We enjoyed having breakfast at a Spanish cafe nearby and being right in the heart of the Chueca district. The staff provided a nice transfer service and the room had a quirky charm with a balcony and a jacuzzi.

The lack of a full body mirror and shelves in the room were a bit disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and a pleasure to speak to. The room was compact and very clean. The WiFi was great and the Juliet balcony was a nice touch.

Staying at this hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities were amazing, including the Jacuzzi and private facilities. the location advantages were also a big plus. the service was phenomenal, always prompt and helpful.

The only minor issue was the lack of a cheval glass or full-length mirror in the room. this did not detract from the overall amazing experience.

The location of this guest house is unbeatable. It is right in the city centre, close to all the best places. The rooms are basic but clean, with a nice rain shower. There is also free wifi, which is a bonus.

The reception can be unprofessional and time-consuming, with issues regarding key pickup and buzzing in.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Madrid and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, situated in the up and coming Chueca district, with easy access to the metro station. the room was a pleasant surprise. I booked a superior double room and was delighted to find a comfortable double bed, a balcony, and even a jacuzzi. the room had free internet access and a small fridge that was filled daily, free of charge.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the shower cubicle was quite small and could be a bit uncomfortable to use.
